Carol and Laura provided invaluable guidance and assistance from start to finish. With each phase, they guided us in figuring out what we needed to do to get the house ready for market, provided incredibly, trustworthy contacts/referrals to make needed repairs and upgrades, and then they counseled us on pricing the house appropriately, giving us the latest information on the evolving market conditions. They made themselves available innumerable times for many different aspects and phases of the sale of the home. Couldn't ask for more.

They are the BEST. Their "team" complement each other so well. They can help with EVERY aspect of the sales process. Couldn't have done it without them. I'd be surprised if there are any other teams out there that can come close to their combined capabilities. WOW is all I can say. They were extremely helpful in getting me assistance with cleaning out my house. Many contractor contacts were excellent. They were very kind and empathetic when I was sometimes nervous about the process. They would basically "hold my hand" and tell me not to worry. That is their job.
