You can trust them to know the market and come to know you so that they can help match you with the right house, condo or apartment, neighborhood, and seller and/or buyer. They are creative in marketing your home, and Laura is a professional stager and had great ideas for what to fix, which paint color to use, even how to move furniture into different rooms for the best effect. Also, a plus is that they seem to be extremely well-known and liked in the realtor community which turns out to be a real asset for word-of-mouth when you are looking to buy or sell. They promised they would get us through the nerve-wracking process of selling our home and meeting our target goal, and Laura and Carol did that in flying colors!
